管道過濾器HNC-GD是輸送介質(zhì)的管道系列不可缺少的一種裝置，通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、定水位閥或其它設(shè)備的進(jìn)口端，用來消除介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)，以保護(hù)閥門及設(shè)備的正常使用。該過濾器具有結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)，阻力小，排污方便等特點(diǎn)。適用介質(zhì)可為水，油、氣?？砂从脩粢笾谱鳛V網(wǎng)，其外型基本相同（Y型），內(nèi)部件全部采用不銹鋼，堅(jiān)固耐用。當(dāng)需要清洗時(shí)，只要將可拆卸的濾筒取出，去除濾出的雜質(zhì)后，重新裝入即可，使用維護(hù)極為方便。該過濾器體形小、濾眼細(xì)、阻力小、效果高、安裝檢修方便、成本低、并排污時(shí)間短，對(duì)一般小型號(hào)者，只需5-10分鐘。一般通水網(wǎng)為18-30目/cm2，通氣網(wǎng)為40-100目/cm2，通油網(wǎng)為100-300目/cm2。

side or other equipment, used to eliminate the impurity in the medium, in order to protect the valves and equipment normal use.

The filter has the advanced structure, small resistance and easy drainage, etc.Applicable medium can be water,

strong and durable.When need to wash, just remove the removable cartridge, remove the filter out impurities,

repack,use maintenance is very convenient.The filter size small, eye fine filter, small resistance, high effect, convenient installation and

 maintenance, low cost,short and discharge time, for the average small models, only 5 to 10 minutes.Generally water network are

 18 to 30 mu/cm2, ventilation network are 40-100 mesh/cm2, tong oil network. 100-300 mesh/cm2.

  管道過濾器的主要作用是除去介質(zhì)中的固體顆粒，作為粗過濾，可保護(hù)設(shè)備的正常工作。當(dāng)流體進(jìn)入置有一定規(guī)格濾網(wǎng)的濾筒后，其雜質(zhì)被阻擋，而清潔的濾液則由過濾器出口排出，當(dāng)需要清洗時(shí)，只要將可拆卸的濾筒取出，處理后重新裝入即可，因此，使用維護(hù)極為方便。  
Pipeline is the main purpose of the filter to remove solid particles in the medium, as a coarse filter, can the normal work of the protection equipment.

When the fluid is placed into a certain size of filter cartridge, the impurity is blocked, and clean the filtrate by filter outlet, when need to wash,

  根據(jù)不同的工況與安裝方式，管道過濾器可選用 Y型過濾器、T型過濾器、籃式過濾器、并聯(lián)式籃式過濾器四種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

適用范圍

 1，化工，石油化工生產(chǎn)中的腐蝕性物料，如：水、氨、油品、烴類、燒堿、濃稀硫酸、碳酸、醋酸、酯酸等等。
  2，工程中泵閥配套。
  3，制冷中的低溫物料，如：液甲烷，液氨，液氧和各種冷劑。
  4，輕工食品，制藥生產(chǎn)中有衛(wèi)生要求的物料，如：啤酒，飲料，乳制品，糧漿醫(yī)藥用品等。
